How do I place an order?
Simply choose the product you’d like, and indicate where your order is to be delivered to along with a contact name and phone number.
Once your order is received by Promotional Source you will be sent an Order Confirmation with the details of your order for you to review and approve. The signed Order Confirmation must be scanned back or sent by reply email with “approved” in the body of the email and include an attached Order Confirmation copy. Your approved Order Confirmation must be received by Promotional Source bobburrows@promotionalsource.ca before your order will be released for production.
What is the production and delivery time?
Production times vary depending on the product. Standard production is between 5-10 business days after you’ve approved your artwork. In the very odd instance where a product may be out of stock we will communicate that to you promptly making an alternate suggestion to meet your needs.
Rush orders - I need my order right away. Do you offer rush services?
Yes, Promotional Source can accommodate most rush orders, however each product is different and there may be production restrictions and or rush charges. If you have an order that is time sensitive and requires urgent delivery, we will work with you to optimize your delivery date options and advise you upfront if additional factory charges apply.

How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped by standard carriers (Purolator/UPS/Fedex) via standard ground service, unless you request air shipping.
Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?
If you are ordering an item with an imprint different than that appearing on the GDI website, you will always see an ‘e-proof’ of your item which must be approved by you before we proceed. If the item is decorated in the same way it is shown on the GDI site you will not see an ‘e-proof’.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept company checks or credit cards. Our terms are net 30 days on approved credit accounts. Large specialty custom offshore import orders may require deposits.
Do you charge sales tax?
Promotional Source currently collects sales tax on orders shipped within Canada.
Goods shipping to the U.S.; the state where your order is shipped to may require you to pay use tax to the state agency that administers sales and use tax, as described on that agency’s website. The state agency may also require you to file a sales or use tax return or other return at the end of the year, reporting all the taxable purchases that were not taxed by the retailer and to pay tax on those purchases. Please consult the website of the relevant state tax agency for more information.
